REPORTS TO: Customer Service Manager
WAGE GRADE $9 or more depending on experience. You will also be eligible for monthly performance and sales bonuses. Benefits include, sick, vacation, and a high-speed broadband connection. We also offer monthly performance and sales bonuses.
Responsible for solving customer service and technical support issues for customers. Position involves diagnosing computer-related, network and internet issues. The candidate should enjoy helping people, problem solving, working in a team environment and working with broadband and computer technologies - including cutting edge broadband services. Knowledge of Dial-up, DSL, T-1, wireless, VOIP, routers, switches, and web hosting helpful but not required.
